The Pizza PrincipleTM🍕

Why every client needs a custom roadmap, not a copy-and-paste strategy.

Every client is different.
You can’t use the same ingredients every time.

Every client is like a box of pizza.
Some need extra cheese.
Some don’t want sauce.
Some want everything on it.

Same oven.
Different recipe.

That single idea explains why so many founders feel frustrated with marketing, even when they’re doing “everything right.”

The Problem

Most marketing advice assumes everyone is ordering the same pizza.

Post more.
Follow this funnel.
Copy this strategy.
Use this template.

And when it doesn’t work, the conclusion is usually:
“Marketing just doesn’t work for me.”

But that’s not the real problem.

The Problem Beneath the Problem (Amplified)

The oven isn’t broken.

The problem is the recipe was never built for you.

Different businesses are at different stages.
Different founders have different energy.
Different brands need different levels of trust, authority, and leverage.

Yet everyone is handed the same ingredients and told to figure it out.

That’s why marketing feels heavy.
That’s why effort doesn’t compound.
That’s why consistency turns into burnout.

You weren’t failing.
You were just cooking someone else’s order.

The Shift

Here’s the reframe that changes everything:

Systems should stay consistent.
Strategy should not.

The oven stays the same.
The process stays the same.
The recipe changes based on the person, the brand, and the season.

This is what I call The Pizza Principle™.

Education + Story = Credibility

Most people think credibility comes from being louder.

It doesn’t.

Credibility is built when people understand:

  • What you do

  • Why you started

  • What problem you saw

  • Why you care enough to solve it

Education builds understanding.
Story builds trust.

Together, they create credibility before you ever try to sell.

Where the RodMap Comes In

This is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all roadmaps.

Every person needs a custom path, but built on a reliable system.

That’s what the RodMap does.

  • Craft → What you do and the ingredients you already have

  • Essence → Your unique flavor and point of view

  • Authority → Why people trust your kitchen

  • Leverage → How that trust keeps working without repeating yourself

  • Impact → What actually changes for other people

Same oven.
Different recipe.
Predictable results.

Authority vs. Leverage (This Matters)

Here’s an important distinction most people miss:

Authority is why people believe you.
Leverage is how that belief keeps working when you’re not talking.

A founder explaining why they started.
A coach sharing when they hit rock bottom.
A builder explaining the problem they noticed before anyone else.

That’s Authority.

Leverage is when that story:

  • answers objections before a call

  • shortens the sales cycle

  • attracts the right people automatically

One pizza.
More tables.

My Role

I’m not here to sell you pizza.

I help you:

  • stop guessing

  • stop copying

  • stop forcing strategies that don’t fit

My job is to help you design the right recipe, using a proven oven, so results become predictable instead of exhausting.

I don’t replace your kitchen.
I help you build one people trust.

The Invitation

If marketing has felt confusing, inconsistent, or heavier than it should be
it’s not because you lack discipline or creativity.

You just need a roadmap built for you.

Same oven.
Different recipe.
